Tasmania Parks

 

Based on his extensive tourism experience Roger supported the Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service in undertaking an Investment Logic Mapping (link) exercise exploring options to redevelop visitor infrastructure at Cradle Mountains. The outcomes of the ILM informed the subsequent transaction process undertaken with private sector proponents.
