Visitor Infrastructure Program

NSW Office of Environment and Heritage

In response to recent NSW Government funding commitments, and to realise the significant opportunity for improving visitor experiences, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, a division of OEH, implemented a Visitor Infrastructure Program (the Program).

The Program is a capital investment initiative to deliver new and refurbished assets to support visitor services and activities in a prioritised way.

It is designed to target investment opportunities that align with current State Government strategies and OEH corporate objectives, such as supporting tourism and economic development.

Roger and a specialist team was engaged to develop the Final Business Case for OEH to progress the Program through Gate 2 of the NSW Treasury Gateway Review process, prioritising over $300m of potential investments.
