Strategic, Preliminary and Detailed Business Cases

 

We have been working with Torres and Cape HHS on the redevelopment plans for Cooktown Multipurpose Health Service (MPHS) .

Since our involvement in the Gate 0 submission in 2018 we have continued to progress the planning for this critical piece of infrastructure redevelopment. We developed the Preliminary Business Case in 2019, which was successfully progressed by the Queensland Health Investment Review Committee (now Investment Assurance Committee).

Since then have worked with the HHS to develop the Functional Design Brief and the Models of Service Delivery. We are currently working on the Detailed Business Case for this $70m redevelopment project.
