Funding Diversification Strategy

P2P worked closely with the Brisbane South Primary Healthcare Network (PHN) to develop their Funding Diversification Strategy.

The Funding Diversification Strategy was a strategic roadmap document focused on actionable steps towards diversifying funding away from solely Federal allocations and freeing up capital for more nuanced local programs.

Key to the success of this engagement, and robustness of the strategy, was the significant stakeholder engagement and market sounding undertaken by the P2P and project team resulting is a series of recommendations for consideration by the board of the PHN.
