James Cook University (JCU) campus in Townsville was established over 40 years ago and adjacent to The Townsville Hospital.
The opportunity was identified for a private sector operator to partner with the University to develop and operate a private hospital on Campus. Roger was responsible for the management of the project for JCU.
This included developing the scope of the opportunity, engaging with the market, developing the procurement and contract documentation, and leading the subsequent evaluation process.
P2P is currently supporting a similar market engagement process as part of the development of a new health and education facility in Cairns.
