Health Business Cases
Since 2013 P2P has continued to work with a range of Hospital and Health Services (HHS), such as Central Queensland, Wide Bay, West Moreton, Metro South, Torres and Cape and Darling Downs to manage the development of business cases for essential community facilities such the redevelopment of Gladstone, Bundaberg, Ipswich, Princess Alexandra, Cooktown, and Toowoomba Hospitals.
In 2020 we led the business case for the development of community healthcare facilities across rural and remote areas of Queensland. The role included supporting Queensland Health in developing a program of projects for delivery across a range of HHS. P2P has just completed the role of Program Manager for the Satellite Hospitals Program, a government commitment to deliver seven community health facilities across four HHS in early 2023.
