Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Workforce Capability and Capacity - Due to the unique nature of the services to be delivered, the need for an innovative, co-designed solution was imperative.

The P2P team worked with the Office for Women and Violence Protection of to run an expression of interest process to identify a broad range of service delivery partners. Critical to the success of this outcomes focused project was the facilitation of a series of co-design workshops with all the right people in the room: the Department, DFV service providers, affected clients, training providers and more.

The successful outcome was the first Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander led consortium delivering services in the DFV sector.
