Business Case Direction and Guidance
P2P has been engaged by the Department of Energy and Public Works to provide direction and guidance for two significant business cases. A fit for purpose business case for Queensland Police Service is currently being completed, focussed on providing new police training facilities. A business case is also currently under development for the Department of Justice and Attorney General, which seeks to provide new and enhanced court infrastructure.
