A few of our current and ongoing projects.

  • NSW Health Infrastructure

We continue to support the implementation of an internal Assurance Framework applied across all projects in the planning and delivery stages. This role also includes improving the quality and consistency of their business cases, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders such as NSW Treasury.

  • Tasmanian Tourism Projects

Working with strategic partners we are supporting the development of several high-profile tourism projects in Tasmania.

  • New Zealand Health

We have provided strategic advice and assurance services to health projects in New Zealand.

  • Assurance

We continue to lead assurance reviews in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. These include a diverse range of social infrastructure projects and recently several renewable energy projects including pumped hydro and bus electrification.

  • Transactions

We continue to support a range of organisations such as James Cook University in planning to take their transactions to market and managing the subsequent procurement processes.

  • Bringing Projects to Life

Our 3-year anniversary coincided with the opening of Queens Wharf Brisbane. Our Director, Roger Simons, was the embedded government transaction manager for this iconic project that is transforming the Brisbane CBD and river’s edge.
